Ever needed 10,000 props for Warner Bros and the Saudi Arabian Government in just 10 weeks? I did! I led a multi-million-pound budget to hunt down everything from bespoke animatronics to vegan wax seal kits, liaising with suppliers from LA to Dubai. I built monstrous Gantt charts, wrangled global shipping documents, and recruited a brilliant Bristol team to artwork and pack it all. From managing mud-splattered local crews in Riyadh to derigging the entire magical inventory for Warner Brothers storage, it was an absolutely wild, high-speed lesson in extreme theatrical logistics!
